Feasibility studies
Potential for development and trading of sub supplies between Norwegian and Croatian Maritime Industry:
Identify areas where such partners can improve competitiveness. The first project successfully finished and new contracts are in place.

- Leisure boat industry. Identification of cooperative topics between Norwegian and Croatian leisure boat builders. First contract in place and first project in realization between Norwegian client and Croatian leisure boat producer.
- The Value chain of Fishery and aquaculture sector in Croatia: Intention is to identify potentials for improvements and cooperating partners for implementation of improvements by industrializing the sector.
- Recruitment of Seafarers: Identify the market for recruitment of Croatian seafarers for the international shipping community, and required improvements in order to expand this activity.
